Taking into consideration the common willingness to expand further .trade
turnover and develop economic co-operation between the Republic of Indoriesi'il' and
the Republic of Poland,:

the developmerit· qf the direct co-operation ｢･ｴｷｾｮ＠

companies and business s_e1f-governipg organizations.
2.
Express their willingness to encourage the developme!lt of the modern ,±orms:of
information and promotion in the common interests of the entrepreneurs of both
countries, including the organization of national and international exbibitions,
economic confetences, presentations and seminars, as well as the -exchange of
trade missions.

Share a view ｴｾ ｡ ｴｓｰ･｣ｩ｟｡ｬ＠
attention has to be paid to identifying the new forms
of co-operation, inCluding the co-operation between the small ·and medium-size
enterprises of bqth ·-cquntries.
4.
Express their willingness to organize the regular consultations on bilateral
economic co-operation, at the level of Deputy Ministers, which shall be carried
out periodically every eighteen months, alternately in Jakarta and in Warsaw.
5.
Share a view that the main purpose of the consultations shall be the exchange
of the information concerning the economic situation, tendencies and forecasts
of the national economies of both countries, information on the processes of the
economic transformation, and the reviewing and assessing the overall bilateral
economic co-operation.
6.
Share an opinion that within their competences, in accordance with their national
law and with the international obligations, the Parties will exchange the views
on the problems in the bilateral economic co-operation, and shall endeavor to
co-operate in order to solve any obstacles or difficulties in amicable way.
7.
Express their opinion, that in justified cases, working consultations at the level
of the directors of the departments of foreign economic co-operation, shall be
carried out at any time, on request of either Party.
