Project Assistance CoLoletion Date.
The "Project Assistance Completion Date" (PACD), which
is September 30, 1986, or such other date as the Parties may
agree to in w""riting, is the date by which the Parties estimate
that all services financed under the Loac will have been
performed and all goods
