AGREEMENT
between the Republic of Indonesia and the Czechoslovak
Socialist Republic on the Payments of Indonesian
Obligations

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist
Republic, having in mind needs of the Indonesian
economy and desiring to meet the wish of the Indonesian Government to postpone the date of repayment
of Indonesian obligations resulting from the mutual
economic and trade relations, and the Government of
the Republic of Indonesia have agreed as follows:

Article

1

The subject of this Agreement is the postponing
of the settlement of Indonesian obligations and due
interest and a new schedule of their payment.
