  Saya adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sumatera Utara

Medan. Saat ini saya sedang melakukan penelitian tentang “Pengetahuan Ibu

tentang Penggunaan Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim Pascasalin di RSUD Dr.

Pirngadi Medan“.

  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu tentang

penggunaan kontrasepsi dalam rahim pascasalin. Oleh karena itu, saya memohon

kesediaan ibu-ibu sekalian untuk turut serta dalam penelitian ini sebagai

responden. Saya akan menanyakan beberapa pertanyaan tentang identitas Ibu.
