A.4. Description of Supply Base
A. 4. 1. General description
The raw material for POM Tunas Baru Lampung is supplied from the FFB estates Tunas Baru Lampung. Bumi Sentosa Abadi BSA estate is excluded from the scope of certification because
as it has been occupied by the local community and the company’s future plans will divert into
rubber estate. POM Tunas Baru Lampung also receives supply of FFB from outsiders. There are no plans to expand the land holding and therefore Principles 7 is not applicable to this
assessment. Tunas Baru Lampung Group operates 3 palm oil mills for processing the crop from 9 estates
and all the estates located in Lampung, INDONESIA. Tunas Baru Lampung Group is a member of RSPO and they are implementing a program to achieve RSPO Certified Palm Oil for all its
production.
