V. SIMPULAN DAN SARAN
A. Simpulan
Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik simpulan sebagai berikut :
1. Parameter uji linieritas, presisi dan akurasi untuk validasi metode analisis potensi
antioksidan pada β-karoten dari mikroalga Dunaliella sp. dengan teknik linier sweep voltammetyr menunjukan hasil yang baik.
2. Limit deteksi yang dihasilkan untuk β-karoten adalah 0,604 mM.
3. Nilai koefisien aktivitas dari β-karoten yang diperoleh adalah 0,333.
B. Saran
Hal yang disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan metode ekstraksi yang berbeda.
