areas were suitable S1 for tourism and about
32.88
were indicated with S2, S3 of

. This shows that the research area is potential to be developed as tourism resort even though the existing
land used also show that its really develop as tourism resort.

Based on topographic condition, the areas of S3 and S4 marginally suitable are located in high land with a relative steep slope 25 – 30 with material of lime
stone. The areas of S2 and S1 are in the areas of flat to undulate 0 – 15 and dominated by material of sands.
5.2.2 Land Suitability for Paddy
Land suitability analyses for paddy in the research area have already been done by Puslittanak in 1994 Figure 5.3, and Parangtritis village are only part of the area

Priority of Land Use Planning
Based on land suitability analysis physical aspects, the study area mainly has the potency for tourism and for paddy field. There are some other factors that need
consideration, such as economic and sustainable factors, while these factors will be performed.
Determining priority of activities that will be developed on land use planning in Parangtritis based on Multi Criteria Analysis. In MCA, weighting is the most
influence value of criteria to select priority. For this case, determining weighting will be use quantitative analysis based on measuring criteria assessment selected that is
derived from researching and expert. The weighting value entered has function to obtain rank during MCA analysis.
