PROFIL PENDERITA NEFROPATI DIABETIK DI POLIKLINIK ENDROKRIN

Latar Belakang : Nefropati diabetik adalah salah satu komplikasi kronik diabetes melitus pada
ginjal. Insidensinya mengikuti peningkatan kejadian diabetes melitus dari tahun ke tahun.
Nefropati diabetik juga bisa berakhir dengan gagal ginjal yang bisa mempengaruhi kualitas hidup
penderita.
Tujuan : Mengetahui profil penderita nefropati diabetik di poliklinik endokrin metabolik RSUD
dr. Saiful Anwar Malang periode Januari Desember 2009.
Metodologi Penelitian : Observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi
adalah penderita nefropati diabetik di bagian rawat jalan poliklinik endokrin metabolik RSUD dr.
Saiful Anwar Malang.
Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Dari 235 sampel penderita nefropati diabetik, angka kejadian nefropati
diabetik pada DM tipe I 12,50%, angka kejadian nefropati diabetik pada DM tipe II 14,76%,
jenis kelamin paling banyak perempuan (60,85%), usia penderita terbanyak 5160 tahun
(34,04%), riwayat lama menderita diabetes pada DM tipe I terbanyak 04 tahun (34,61%),
riwayat lama menderita diabetes pada DM tipe II terbanyak 04 tahun (40,22%), tekanan darah
terbanyak berada pada hipertensi stadium II (29,36%), kendali glukosa darah terbanyak berada
pada kendali glukosa buruk (80,42%), kadar proteinuria terbanyak pada proteinuria +2 (35,74%),
dan angka kejadian komplikasi gagal ginjal 11,48%.
Background : Diabetic nephropathy is one of chronic complications of diabetes mellitus in
kidney. Its incidence follows the increase of diabetes mellitus from year to year. Diabetic
nephropathy could also end up with renal failure condition that can affect quality life of patient.
Purpose : It is to know the profile of diabetic nephropathy patient in polyclinic of metabolic
endocrine of dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital of Malang, period of January to December 2009.
Research Method : It employs observational descriptive with cross sectional approach. The
population are outpatients of diabetic nephropathy in polyclinic of metabolic endocrine of dr.
Saiful Anwar General Hospital of Malang.
Result and Conclusion : From 235 samples of diabetic nephropathy patients, the case rate of
diabetic nephropathy in DM type I is 12.50%, the case rate of diabetic nephropathy in DM type
II is 14.76%, most of them are female (60.85%), most of patients are of 5160 years old
(34.04%), the longer case history of being diabetes on DM type I is for 04 years (34.61%), the
longer case history of diabetes on DM type II is for 04 years (40.22%), the most blood pressure
is at stage II of hypertension (29.36%), the most control of blood glucose are on poorly control
of blood glucose (80.42%), the most levels of proteinuria is on proteinuria +2 (35.74%), and the
case rate of renal failure complications are 11.48%.
