221 Bank Sulut 2013 Annual Report 4 Pegawai wajib bersikap, berperilaku baik dan menjaga kesopanan didalam ataupun di luar Bank. 5 Pegawai wajib menerima penempatan tugas, melaksanakan perjalanan dinas, rotasi dan mutasi, berdasarkan PerintahKeputusan Direksi atau Atasan yang berwenang. 6 Pegawai wajib memegang rahasia jabatan, yaitu rahasia yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan jabatannya, baik yang berupa dokumen tertulis, rekaman suara ataupun perintah pernyataan lisan dari Atasannya. 7 Pegawai wajib mengerahkan segala daya dan upaya dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatan yang diserahkan kepadanya. 8 Pegawai wajib mentaati aturan-aturan yang berlaku di bank. 9 Pegawai wajib mematuhi isi Perjanjian Kerja Bersama. 10 Pegawai wajib berada di tempat tugas dan melaksanakan tugasnya pada hari dan jam kerja yang ditentukan, kecuali sedang menjalankan tugas Bank di luar tempat tugasnya. b. Hubungan kerja antar pegawai dalam Bank: 1 Pegawai wajib membina kerjasama yang positif dan produktif, saling menerima dan menghargai didasari ketulusan dan itikad baik. 2 Atasan wajib memberikan panutan, arahan, dan bimbingan atas perilaku dan kinerja pegawai yang berada didalam supervisinya. 3 Pegawai wajib melaporkan kepada atasannya setiap terjadi kecurian atau kehilangan harta milik Bank yang diketahuinya dalam waktu 2 x 24 jam. 4 Saling menghargai, mendorong semangat, dan membina kerjasama dalam tugas dan tanggung jawab masing – masing. 5 Meningkatkan integritas, keterbukaan, dan hubungan yang harmonis. Upaya dalam Penerapan dan Penegakan Etika Bisnis Upaya sosialisasi dan penegakan Kode Etik Perusahaan di Bank SULUT merupakan bagian dari pewujudan semangat Good Corporate Governance GCG di mana pedoman yang tercantum dalam Kode Etik Perusahaan merupakan landasan untuk merealisasikan “Perubahan Perilaku” untuk mengembangkan budaya dan perilaku seluruh manajemen dan karyawan Bank SULUT yang menjunjung tinggi etika dan moral serta perilaku sesuai dengan peraturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku. 4 The employees are obligated to indicate proper manner and maintaining well behavior inside or outside the Bank. 5 The employees are obligatory to receive duties placement, perform obligated duties travel, rotation and mutation referring to BOD or authorized supervisor’s orderdecision. 6 The employees have to protect position confidentiality or other confidential information related to its duties positon, both in written document, voice recorder or stated orderstatement from its Superior. 7 The employees are obligated to address all of their efforts in performing duties delegated to them, 8 The employees are obligated to comply with the regulations applied at the Bank. 9 The employees are obligated to comply with Joint Working Agreement. 10 The employees are obligated to be at the duties location and implement their duties at determined place and time, except performing other Bank’s assignment outside their duties location. b. Professional Relation between Bank’s Employees 1 The employees have to establish positive and productive cooperation, mutual respect based on sincerity and good will. 2 The superior has to provide guidance, orientation and assistance on employees’ behavior and performance under hisher supervision. 3 The employees have to report to their superior on any Bank’s asset loss that they acknowledged within 2 x 24 hours time period. 4 Mutual respect, encouraging spirit and establishing cooperation on their duties and responsibilities. 5 Enhancing integrity, transparency and harmonious relationship. Code of Conduct Implementation and Enforcement Initiative Code of Conduct dissemination and enforcement in bank Sulut is part of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance GCG spirit whereas the code disclosed on the Code of Conduct is a principal in realizing ”Attitude Transformation” to develop culture and attitude of every management and employees of Bank Sulut which highly upholds ethics and moral as well as attitude based on prevailing regulation.
