Jumlah karyawan dengan tingkat pendidikan S2 master dan S1 Sarjana mengalami peningkatan hal ini menunjukkan
bahwa Bank SulutGo berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akademis karyawan. Bank SulutGo memberikan
kesempatan kepada setiap karyawan dengan persyaratan tertentu untuk melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih
tinggi. Dengan semakin tingginya tingkat pendidikan karyawan, diharapkan akan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerjanya dan
dapat memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja Bank.
The number of employees with educational level S2 master and S1 Bachelor have increased in this case shows that the Bank
SulutGo committed to improving the academic competence of employees. Bank SulutGo provides the opportunity for
each employee with certain requirements to continue higher education. The higher the level of education of employees , is
expected to be a positive influence on performance and can provide a positive impact on the Bank’s performance.
