The management of the Palm Oil Mills and associated suppliers of Fresh Fruit Bunches FFB were assessed for compliance against the International RSPO criteria as interpreted and
endorsed for Indonesia, RSPO Certification Systems and RSPO Suply Chain Certification Systems.

A.4. Description of Supply Base
A.4.1 General description
Raw materials for POM Sisumut are supplied from PT. Perkebunan Nusanatara III consisted of Sisumut Estate KSSUT and Aek Nabara Utara Estate KANAU. POM Sisumut also gets
supply of raw materials from other companies such as UD. Gue, UD. SP Guntur, UD. Surya Darma and UD. Gemilang.
All estate are operated under one management of PT. Perkebunan Nusanatara III. All estates located in North Sumatra. PTPN III is a member of RSPO and they are implementing a program
to achieve RSPO Certified Palm Oil for all its production.The company has the new planting in the Batangtoru
– Muara Opu estate and now the case has been hancled by RSPO – BHCV WG and therefore Principles 7 is not applicable to this assesment.
There are others 4 four outgrowers as the FFB suppliers to the mill for 13.56 from total FFB supplied to the mill.
