6. Kesimpulan dan Saran

6.1. Kesimpulan.

1) Budaya organisasi berperan sangat strategis dalam upaya cegah tangkal tindak korupsi.

2) Kompetensi tidak signifikan namun diperlukan dalam upaya cegah tangkal tindak korupsi.

3) Kepemimpinan tidak signifikan namun diperluka dalam cegah tangkal tindak korupsi. Bertanda negative maka perlu adanya pengendalian untuk berpihak pada cegah tangkal tindak korupsi.

4) Pengawasan inrnal tidak signifikan namun diperlukan dalam upaya cegah tangkal tindak korupsi.

6.2. Saran-saran.

1) Budaya organisasi yang perlu menjadi focus kebjakan untuk cegah tangkal tindak korupsi:

(1). Melaksanakan tugas dengan tepat; (2) Menganalisis, dan memperhatikan secara detail dalam menjalankan tugasnya; (3) Menghasilkan barang dan jasa dengan cara dan proses yang dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan. (4) Mengambil keputusan dengan memperhatikan dampak outcome terhadap karyawan; (5) Mengorganisasikan aktivitas dalam bentuk tim daripada perorangan.

2) Kompetensi dan pengawasan iternal berpengaruh tidak signifikan namun harus tetap menjadi perhatian untuk mendukung budaya organisasi sehingga cegah tangkal tindak korupsi dapat lebih optimal.

3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan namun diperlukan untuk manajemen maka perlu pengendalian kepemimpinan agar berpihak pada cegah tangkal tidak korupsi dengan menciptakan system control peran pimpinan dalam manajemen.
