urge the House of Representatives to prioritize the ratification process of the

9. We do share the concerns of various parties, like human rights organizations,
parliament members in the region and other civil society organizations, because
the charter has been much watered down from its original draft, especially on the protection of the human rights and the freedom from fear and oppression.
