1. Observation
Observation is to explain the situation that is examined, the activities that take place, individuals who are involved in an activity and the relationship between the
situation, events and individuals.

Observation is proper use this research, which relate with teaching learning process, students activity, and problem, which may
arise. In this research the researcher functions as observer to get the data, the researcher made a note during teaching learning process. By using this instrument
the researcher used specification as follows:

2. Questionnaire
The researcher gave questionnaire to the students. Questionnaire was printed from the data including questions or statements to which the subjects are expected to
respond.

the students in order to know the further opinions and to know the aspect that may influence the students’ learning process and to confirm the answers given by their
teacher. From collecting data through questionnaire, the researcher found out that the students response toward the teaching and learning process. Meanwhile, the
interviews grills use by the teacher are as follows:
