seen from students’ atittute during the lesson. They paid more attention to the researcher’s explanation.
b. There were enrichment of students’ achievement as. It was shown from the result of the post test I. The students’ mean score of meaning aspect
enriched from 5.47 in the pre test to 7.61 in post test I. The students’ mean score of spelling aspect enriched from 4.04 in the pre test to 6.19 in the post

56.17. It was higher than the mean score of the pre test was 42,64. 2 Weaknesses
a. Although the students were more enthusiastic but there were some students who were still passive in the classroom. Two students, Adi and Wulandari
still got low score, Tita seemed still get difficulty to pronounce the sentence. Some of them who sat in the back also did not a part in discussing.
b. The boys in the corner, they were Iqbal, Hendrawan, Bryan, Gandung, Mufid, Wildan, tended make noise when the task given. They disturbed
other students and made the class crowded. c. Generally, the researcher found the students’ enrichment in vocabulary when
they study using YouTube videos, but the students’ ability in pronouncing and spelling were still poor.
d. The average score of post-test in cycle 1 was still under the English passing grade, that was 60.00 and it was 56.17.
From the result of the first cycle above, it could be seen that there were still some weaknesses. So, the researcher thought that it was necessary to make
the next planning and to conduct the next cycle. It was in order to solve the problems that appeared in cycle one and to overcome those weaknesses.
f. Revising the Plan
Considering the observation result above, the researcher revised the next action plan. In the next cycle, the researcher revised the plan and prepared two
meetings. In this cycle, the researcher used the same topic, namely daily activities. Cycle two was conducted so the weaknesesses would not occur anymore. The

plan in cycle two would be more focused on students’ participation in the classroom, enrichment students’ behavior from passive to be more active, and
enchancing the pronunciation and explain the grammar, simple present tense. The researcher used different strategies: 1 by giving the tasks for each
student and they have to finish the task individually. It was aimed at enriching students’ independence in learning. 2 the researcher asked the students to
pronounce the word one by one to know which of the students who still made mistake in pronouncing. By using the same topic “Daily Activities” it was
hopefully the students’ achievement could be increased.
Cycle 2 a. Identifying the Problems
The result of the first cycle showed that there were still several weaknesses found in implementing YouTube videos in teaching and lerning
process. Some students were still passive when asked by the researcher. The boys who seat in the back also tended to make noise when the video played, and it
made the class not comfortable. Besides, from the results of students score, it was identified that students’ pronunciation was still poor although their vocabulary
increased generally but it was still under the target score should be. So, in this cycle, the researcher planned to solve the problems by focusing students’
participation in attend to YouTube videos, enriching students’ behavior to be more active and increasing students’ on the vocabulary aspects.
b. Planning the Action
The preparation of the second cycle was principally not different from the preparation of the first one. The researcher still used the same topic from the
first cycle, namely daily activities. Then she prepared the media that would be implemented in the class. There were video series, LCD, Laptop, and lesson plan.
In the second cycle, the researcher used She and He as pronoun with verb-s. For the classroom observation, she prepared sheet of field notes, digital
camera, and work sheet. She also organized test for post test 2.
