Abstract The Construction of Villa Kembar Business Hotel is intended to meet the needs of a five-star business hotel with international standards,in addition to be a spreading agent of the green concept to the business community that is oriented to the principles of green architecture. Villa Kembar Business Hotel consists of rooms equipped to meet the needs of businesses including; business center, private meeting room which businessmen can use for business purposes. The design of the building is a manifestation of need location analysis of the historic building. With the realization of this project a housing & business facility is established in Medan to provide the best facility for local & visiting businessman .
