Abstrak PENGARUH RESTAURANT ATMOSPHERE DAN KERAGAMAN PRODUK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN WARUNG NASI AMPERA CABANG PADASUKA CIACAHEUM
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Restaurant atmosphere dan Keragaman
Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Warung Nasi Ampera Cabang Padasuka
Ciacaheum dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai
Restaurant atmosphere, mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai keragaman
produk, mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai loyalitas pelanggan dan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh Restaurant atmosphere dan keragaman produk terhadap
loyalitas pelanggandi Warung Nasi Ampera Padasuka Ciacaheum. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui
observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan kepustakaan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan konsumen mengenai
Restaurant atmosphere pada Warung Nasi Ampera Cabang Padasuka Cicaheum
Bandung dapat dikatakan baik. Tanggapan konsumen mengenai keragaman
produk pada Warung Nasi Ampera Cabang Padasuka Cicaheum Bandung dapat
dikatakan baik. Tanggapan konsumen mengenai loyalitas pelanggan pada Warung
Nasi Ampera Cabang Padasuka Cicaheum Bandung dapat dikatakan tinggi,.
Hasil analisis regresi linier Variabel restaurant atmosphere memiliki
koefisien regresi bertanda positif, hal ini berarti apabila restaurant atmosphere
meningkat dengan asumsi variabel-variabel lain tetap, maka akan meningkatkan
loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel keragaman produk memiliki koefisien regresi
bertanda positif, hal ini berarti keragaman produk meningkat dengan asumsi
variabel-variabel lain tetap, maka akan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil
uji hipotesis menunjukkan Restaurant Atmosphere dan keragaman produk secara
simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

The study entitled the influence of Restaurant atmosphere and diversity of
Products Against customer loyalty Warung Nasi Ampera Padasuka Branch
Ciacaheum and aims to know the response of consumers regarding the Restaurant
atmosphere, knowing responses consumers about the diversity of products,
knowing the responses of consumers about customer loyalty and to know the
influence of Restaurant atmosphere and diversity of products against the Ampera
loyalty Warung Nasi Ampera Padasuka Ciacaheum. The method of research used
descriptive with the collection of data through observation, interview,
questionnaire and the dissemination of the library.
The results showed that the response of consumers regarding the
Restaurant atmosphere on Warung Nasi Ampera Padasuka Cicaheum Bandung
can be said to be good. Consumer feedback about the diversity of products on the
Warung Nasi Ampera Padasuka Cicaheum Bandung can be said to be good,.
Consumer feedback about customer loyalty on the Offshoot Warung Nasi Ampera
Padasuka Cicaheum Bandung can be said to be high.

atmospheric restaurant has a marked positive, this means that if the value
restaurant atmosphere increased, it will be increase customer loyalty. Variable
regression coefficients of product diversity has marked positivity this means that if
the value diversity of product increased by unit assuming the other variables
fixed, then it will increase customer loyalty. Hypothesis test results showed the
