2. Cara pembuatan suspensi ekstrak etanol daun kelor
Ditimbang 300, 450, 600 dan 750 mg ekstrak etanol daun kelor,
digerus dalam lumpang. Kemudian ditambahkan sedikit larutan CMC
0,5% digerus sampai homogen. Dituang kedalam labu tentukur 10 ml,
kemudian dicukupkan volumenya dengan larutan CMC 0,5% sampai garis
tanda.
