Abstrak PENGARUH DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA ELECTRONIC SOLUTION BANDUNG INDAH PLAZA
ABSTRAK
Penelian berjudul pengaruh profesionalisme dan komitmen organisasi terhadap
kinerja karyawan pada Electronic Solution Bandung Indah Plaza. Tujuan
penelitian untuk mengetahui profesionalisme, mengetahui komitmen organisasi
dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme dan komitmen pada Electronic
Solution Bandung Indah Plaza. Metode penelitian yang digunakan disekroptif
verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profesionalisme yang dilaksanakan pada
Electronic Solution Bandung Indah Plaza memiliki nilai rata-rata keseluruhan
sebesar 3.59, yang artinya baik karena berada pada interval 3.40 – 4.19. Walaupun
terdapat beberapa elemen yang perlu diperhatikan karena memiliki nilai yang
rendah. Komitmen organisasi pada Electronic Solution Bandung Indah Plaza
memiliki nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3.57, yang artinya sesuai karena
berada pada interval 3.40 – 4.19, walaupun terdapat beberapa elemen yang perlu
diperhatikan karena memiliki nilai yang rendah. Profesionalisme berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 52,6% dan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan
bahwa nilai tcount 6.90 lebih besar dari ttabel 2.017, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.
Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh positif antara profesionalisme terhadap kinerja
karyawan.
Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 61,2% dan
hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai tcount 6.94 lebih besar dari ttabel 2.017,
maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh positif antara
komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Profesionalisme dan budaya
oganisasi berpengaruh secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
sebesar 75,8% dengan nilai Fcount (65.734) > Ftabel (3.22), sehingga jelas H0 ditolak
dan H1 diterima.

ABSTRACT
The research, entitled the influence of the professionalism and commitment of the
Organization against the performance of employees on the Electronic Solution
Bandung Indah Plaza. The purpose of the study to find out the professionalism,
knowing the commitment of the Organization and to know the influence of
professionalism and commitment to the Bandung Indah Plaza Electronic Solution.
The research method used deskriptif verifikatif with the technique of data
collection through the dissemination of the questionnaire.
The results showed that professionalism was held on Bandung Indah Plaza
