jantanlepassapih.Penelitiandilaksanakan di Rukun Farm Berastagi, padabulan JuliSeptember
2016.Rancangan
yang
digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahrancanganacaklengkap (RAL) dengan 6
perlakuan dan 4 ulangan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pembanding ortogonal
kontras. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 ekor kelinci Rex jantan lepas sapih
dengan rataan bobot badan awal1012,14±126,67 g. Perlakuan terdiridari ransum

dengan tepung ampas kelapa tanpa fermentasi, fermentasi Aspergillusnigerdan
fermentasiragi tape dengan tingkat pemberian 10%dan 20% dari formula ransum.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan 10% tepung
ampas kelapa fermentasi dengan ragi tape dapat meningkatkan konsumsi ransum
menjadi 70,17 gram/ekor/hari, pertambahan bobot badan menjadi 20,73
gram/ekor/hari dan menurunkan konversi ransum menjadi 3,39. Ini menunjukkan
bahwa perlakuan dengan fermentasi lebih baik daripada tanpa fermentasi dan
perlakuan fermentasi dengan ragi tape lebih baik daripada perlakuan dengan
fermentasi Aspergillusnigersertalevel pemberian 10% lebih baik dibandingkan
20%.
Kesimpulanpenelitianiniadalahpenggunaantepungampaskelapafermentasidengan
ragi tape pada level 10% dalam ransum dapat meningkatkan konsumsi ransum,
pertambahan bobot badan dan menurunkan konversi ransum kelinci.

The objective of this research is utilization offermented
coconut pulp on performances of weaning male rex rabbits. This research was
conducted atRukun Farm Berastagi from July to September 2016. The research
used completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications
futher analyzed by orthogonal contrast. The experiment used 24 Rex rabbit male
weaning with initial body 1012,14±126,67 g. The treatments consisted of coconut
pulp without fermentation, fermentationwith Aspergillusniger, fermentationwith
tapai yeast with level 10% and 20% from diet formulation.
The result showed that the treatment with 10% coconut pulp fermented
by tapai yeast can icrease feed intake to 70,17 g/head/day, average daily gain to
20,73 g/head/day, and reduce feed convertion ratio to 3,39. It showed that
fermentation were better that non fermented and the treatment with tapai yeast
fermentation better than fermented by Aspergillus niger and level 10% were better
than 20%. The conclusion of this research that the utilization of fermented
coconut pulp with tapai yeastat the level 10%of diet can increase feed intake,
body weight gain and reduce feed convertion ratio at the rabbit.
