Hubungan Nilai Anak Pada Pasangan Usia Subur Akseptor dan Non Akseptor Keluarga Berencana di Kelurahan Pekan Gebang Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Langkat Tahun 2015
ABSTRAK
Di zaman modern sekarang ini, masyarakat pedesaan mulai mengalami
pergeseran budaya yang merubah pandangan terhadap nilai anak. Hal ini
dikarenakan telah terjadi perubahan sosial yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor
tertentu yang membuat pemikiran masyarakat sekarang mulai berkembang.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis korelatif.
Penelitian ini menghubungkan nilai anak dengan keikutsertaan KB. Populasi dari
penelitian ini berjumlah 2.128 pasangan usia subur baik akseptor KB maupun non
akseptor KB. Besar sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow
sebanyak 82 PUS yang terdiri dari 41 akseptor KB dan 41 non akseptor KB.
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai anak dari segi ekonomi dengan hasil
analisis Chi Square sebesar 2,370 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,124 (p>0,05) yang
menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara persepsi nilai
anak dari kelompok akseptor dan kelompok non akseptor. Sedangkan nilai anak
dari segi psikologi hasil analisis Chi Square sebesar 3,216 dengan tingkat
signifikan 0,073 (p>0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang
signifikan antara persepsi nilai anak dari kelompok akseptor dan kelompok non
akseptor. Sementara itu nilai anak dari segi agama hasil analisis Chi Square
sebesar 0,53 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,817 (p>0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa
tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara persepsi nilai anak dari kelompok
akseptor dan kelompok non akseptor. Dan nilai anak segi sosial hasil analisis Chi
Square sebesar 0,767 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,381 (p>0,05) yang menunjukkan
bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara persepsi nilai anak dari
kelompok akseptor dan kelompok non akseptor.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak dijumpai perbedaan antara
nilai anak dari kelompok akseptor dengan kelompok non akseptor KB. Saran yang
diberikan dari penelitan ini adalah perlunya dibentuk suatu wadah pemberdayaan
masyarakat berupa konseling serta kegiatan sosialisasi agar pemahaman tentang
nilai anak lebih baik lagi, serta perlunya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut
mengenai faktor internal yang mempengaruhi PUS untuk ikut program KB.

ABSTRACT
In modern era, rural people may have culture shift where this could make
the changing in the value perspective of child. It is caused by the effect of several
factors that assumed can change the people's mind toward family planning
programs. Basically there are four aspects of the child value. In this study
researcher need to know whether those values have been changing among the
rural people.
This is a quantitative study which used comparative analytic methode.
This study is correlated between child value with participation fertile aged couples
to family planning programe. The population in this study was 2.128 fertile aged
couples which consists of the family planning acceptors and non acceptors. The
sample size was counted by Lemeshow formula. Output from this formula were
82 fertile aged couples which divided to 41 acceptors and 41 non acceptors.
From this study, the child in terms of economic value to the results of the
analysis of Chi Square of 2,370 with a significant level of 0,124 (p> 0,05), which
indicates that there are no significant differences between children's perception of
the value of the group acceptor and non-acceptor groups. While the value of the
child in terms of the psychology of the results of the analysis of Chi Square of
3,216 with a significant level of 0,073 (p> 0,05), which indicates that there are no
significant differences between children's perception of the value of the group
acceptor and non-acceptor groups. Meanwhile the value of the child in terms of
religion on the analysis Chi Square of 0,53 with a significant level of 0,817 (p>
0,05), which indicates that there are no significant differences between children's
perception of the value of the group acceptor and non-acceptor groups. And social
value of children in terms of the results of the analysis of Chi Square of 0,767
with a significant level of 0,381 (p> 0.05), which indicates that there are no
significant differences between children's perception of the value of the group
acceptor and non-acceptor groups.
Conclusion from this study is not founded significance correlation
between value of the child on acceptors and non acceptors family planning group.
This study suggests the neccesity to increase the people's involvement and
participation through socialization of the child value to the fertile aged couples.
The fertile aged couples are expected to have a better understanding about the
child values. Furthermore, this study also suggests the further study of internal
factors which may influence the participation the fertile aged couples toward
family planning programs.
