Article 8
(1) This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force on the
date of its signing.
(2) This Memorandum of Understanding shall remain in force for a
period of 5 (five) years and shall be automatically renewed for
successive periods of 1 (one) year, unless one of the Parties
terminates it in writing through diplomatic channels by giving 6
(six) months prior notice.
(3) This Memorandum of Understanding may be amended by mutual
consent of the Parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized
thereto by their respective governments, have signed the present
Memorandum of Understanding.
DONE in duplicate at Jakarta on this twenty second day of October in
the year two thousand and seven, in English language, both texts
being equally authentic.
