The company has conducted medical check up as reported by HIPERKES Provinsi Kalimantan Barat on 15 December 2015. There were indications that some workers affected by chemical
and experience hearing deficiency and the company has made some action plans to follow up the result of medical check up. The result of action plan will be evaluated again in the next
surveillance audit
Conclusion : based on documented corrective action proposed by Company to this major nonconformity, the status of this criterium is degraded to observation as a point of attention for
