4.8.3.7 Water Treatment Plants
The most important stage in the environmental management of industrial activities is providing the facilities of water treatment plants IPAL. Therefore the entity
of IPAL Type was determined in Figure 37 which contains four main information, e.g.
Coordinator, Type of IPAL, IPAL License, and Description.

Actually, more detailed information can be shown in Figure 38 by double clicking

Figure 38 shows the configuration of IPAL facilities for certain industries. In this
case the IPAL_Id : IPL06 is unique for PT. Combiphar Industry_Id No. 320044.
4.8.3.8 Ranking Programs
Selected industries were followed by Ranking Programs Proper. The systems can be used for monitoring the industries which participates in the Proper.

Figure 39 shows that PKH014 is unique Pro_Id for PT. Bee teen Textile
Nusantara Industry_Id: 320114. The Information is especially related to Number of Decree, dates and descriptions.
4.8.3.9 Environmental Document
Industries should be equipped by environmental documents as a guide to support
the operation and activities. For instance in Figure 40, PT. Jasa Sandang Jaya has two
kinds of documents e.g. Environmental Impact Assessment AMDAL and
Environmental Audit.

4.8.3.10 Environmental Management
There are many kinds of environment management activities. Each industry may have more activities which can be recorded to the systems as references of environmental
care. For instance Figure 41 shows the Environment Management of PT. Jasa Sandang
Jaya conducting their regular solid waste garbage management.
