Uji Ketahanan Beberapa Genotipe Tanaman Karet (Hevea brasilensis Muell. Arg.)Terhadap 3 Isolat PenyakitGugur Daun (Colletotricum gloeosporides Penz. Sacc.) di Laboratorium

ABSTRAK

SIMON MANAHAN SAGALA : Uji Ketahanan Beberapa Genotipe Tanaman
Karet (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) Terhadap 3 Isolat Penyakit Gugur
Daun (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. Sacc.) Di Laboratorium, dibimbing
oleh HASANUDDIN dan MARHENI.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Proteksi Tanaman Balai Penelitian
Perkebunan Karet Sungai Putih pada April sampai dengan Mei 2015. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan ketahanan beberapa genotipe
tanaman karet terhadap 3 isolat penyakit gugur daun
(C.
gloeosporioides Penz. Sacc.). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap
(RAL) Faktorial dengan 80 perlakuan kombinasi dan 3 ulangan. Genotipe yang
digunakan adalah 374 (G1), 719 (G2), 532 (G3), 223 (G4), 453 (G5), 38 (G6), 713
(G7), 51(G8), 108 (G9), 222 (G10), 118 (G11), 227 (G12), 147(G13), 76 (G14), 64 (G15),
229 (G16), 891 (G17), 779 (G18), 930 (G19), dan 135 (G20). Isolat yang digunakan
berasal dari Sumut (Sungai Putih), Palembang (Sembawa), dan Jawa tengah
(Salatiga), dan kontrol (menggunakan air steril).
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genotipe 222 tergolong agak resisten
(intensitas serangan sebesar 29,23%), genotype 51 tergolong moderat (intensitas
serangan sebesar 60,30%), genotype 147 tergolong agak rentan (intensitas serangan

sebesar 78,14%) dan genotipe 374, 719, 532, 223, 453, 38, 713, 108, 118, 227, 76,
64, 229, 891, 779, 930, 135, adalah genotipe yang tergolong rentan (intensitas
serangan antara 81-100%). Isolat dari Salatiga menunjukkan tingkat virulensi yang
tinggi bila dibandingkan isolat dari Sembawa, Sungai Putih dan Kontrol.

ABSTRACT

SIMON MANAHAN SAGALA : Resistance Study Several Genotipes of Rubber
(Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg) to Three Fall of Leaf Disease (Colletotrichum
gloeosporioides Penz. Sacc.) Isolates (e.g) in Laboratorium Supervisor by
HASANUDDIN and MARHENI.

The research was conducted in Laboratory Plant Protection Sungai Putih
Research Center since April to Mei 2015. The aim of the research was to know
different resistant rubber comersial clones to three fall of leaf disease isolates (C.
gloeosporioides Penz. Sacc.), i.e : Sei Putih (Sumut), Sembawa (Palembang),
Salatiga (Jawa tengah) and control (used aquadest steril).

The research used the method of complete factorial random design with 80 combine
of treatmentand 3 replicates. Genotipes were used to resistance genotipes, i.e 374
(G1), 719 (G2), 532 (G3), 223 (G4), 453 (G5), 38 (G6), 713 (G7), 51(G8), 108 (G9),
222 (G10), 118 (G11), 227 (G12), 147(G13), 76 (G14), 64 (G15), 229 (G16), 891 (G17),
779 (G18), 930 (G19), and135 (G20). The result showed that the genotipes medium
resistance was 222, the genotipesmoderat was 51, the genotipes susceptible was
147, and the genotipes medium susceptible were 374, 719, 532, 223, 453, 38, 713,
108, 118, 227, 76, 64, 229, 891, 779, 930, 135 Isolate from salatiga was the highest
virulance compare the others.
