sebagai "Pihak" Jan bersama-sama disebut sebcgai "Para Pihak"),

MEtJYADARI pentingnya kerja sar1·1a penelitian pertanian, keamanan pangan,

perdagangan dan investasi, dan agribisnis untuk mengembangkan ekonomi Para
Pihak.

DIDASARI oleh pentingnya penguatan 'kcrja sarna antara organisasi dun institusi
bidang penelitia11 pertanian, keamanan psrngan, dan agribisnis kedua negara;

BERTUJUAN untuk r:iempromosiktwithstc:inding the term;nation of this
Memorandum of Understanding.

3. The provision of this Article shall not prejudice the prevailing laws and

regulations of the Parties.

Amendments
I

1. This Memorandum of Understanding may be amended by mutual consent of

the Parties.
2. The amendments shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of
Article 11 of this Memorandum of Understanding and shall form an integral
part of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Article 11
Entry Into Force, Duration And Termination

1. This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force of the date of its
signing.
2. This Memorandum of Understanding shnll be valid for a period of 5 (five)
years, thereafter it shall be automatically extended for further periods of 5
(five) years, unless either Party gives written notification to the other Party of
its intention to terminate this Memorandum of Understanding at least 6 (six)
months prior to the intended date of termination.
3. The termination of this Memorandum of Understanding shall not affect the

validity and duration of any on-going programs and/or activities made under
this Memorandum of Understanding until the completion of such programs
and/or activities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned , being duly authorized thereto by

their respective Governments, have signed this Memorandum of Understanding.

2016, in duplicates, each in the Indonesian

and English languages, all texts being eqt.;ally authentic. In case of divergence in
interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
