Gambaran Reseptor Hormonal Karsinoma Payudara Duktus Invasif Tipe Non Spesial (No Special Type Not Otherwise Specified) pada Wanita Usia 40 Tahun Kebawah Periode 2014-2016 di RSUP HAM Medan

ABSTRAK

Berdasarkan CDC, karsinoma tersering pada wanita di Amerika Serikat,
apapun ras atau etnisnya, adalah karsinoma payudara. Menurut data Globocan,
IARC tahun 2012, di Indonesia insidensi karsinoma payudara sebesar 40 per
100.000 perempuan, berdasarkan data Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Departemen
Kesehatan RI 2010, kasus rawat inap karsinoma payudara sebanyak 12.014 kasus
(28,7%). Gambaran reseptor hormonal karsinoma payudara duktus invasif tipe
non spesial pada wanita usia 40 tahun kebawah belum banyak diteliti secara luas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan melihat gambaran
reseptor hormonal penderita karsinoma payudara duktus invasif tipe non spesial
pada wanita usia 40 tahun kebawah.
Mengambil total populasi dari hasil data rekam medik pasien karsinoma
payudara duktus invasif tipe non spesial pada wanita usia 40 tahun kebawah yang
telah didiagnosis oleh dokter spesialis patologi anatomi di Laboratorium Patologi
Anatomi RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan.
Dari 101 sampel diperoleh usia rata-rata 36,35 tahun, dengan jumlah kasus
terbanyak pada rentang umur 36-40 tahun (70,3%), hasil terbanyak pada reseptor
estrogen negatif (73,3%), reseptor progesteron negatif (67,3%), dan HER2 1
positif (56,4%). Ditemukan ER-/PR- terbanyak sebesar 57,4%. Subtipe pola
ekspresi gen terbesar yaitu pada overekspresi HER2 (56,4%). Dari seluruh

sampel, ER-/PR- mendominasi baik untuk kelompok usia 26-30 tahun (5%), 3135 tahun (14,9%), maupun 36-40 tahun (37,6%).
Reseptor hormonal terbanyak ditemukan negatif dalam semua kelompok usia
40 tahun kebawah sedangkan untuk frekuensi HER2, hasil 1 positif yang terbesar.
Subtipe pola ekspresi gen mayoritas yaitu Overekspresi HER2.

ABSTRACT
According to CDC, the most common cancer in women at US, no matter the
race or ethnicity, is breast cancer. According to Globocan, IARC 2012, the
incidence of breast cancer in Indonesia is 40 from 100.000 women. Based on the
data from Hospital Information System of Indonesian Republic Health
Department 2010, breast carcinoma hospitalization had 12.014 cases (28,7%).
The features of invasive ductal breast carcinoma non special type hormonal
receptor in less than 40 year old women have not been researched widely. The
aims of this study are to knowing, analyzing, and observing the features of
hormonal receptor in invasive ductal carcinoma non special type in less than 40

year old women.
Total population from patient’s medical record in less than 40 year old
women with ductal invasive non special type breast carcinoma that has been
diagnosed by Anatomic Pathologist in Laboratory of Anatomic Pathology Haji
Adam Malik General Hospital Center, Medan.
From 101 samples, the mean age was 36,35 with most cases on the 36-40 year
age group (70,3%). Most was found with HER2 1 positive (56,4%) and negative
results in ER (73,3%) and PR (67,3%). Also, among the population in this study,
ER-/PR- dominates all of 26-30 year (5%), 31-35 year (14,9%), even 36-40 year
(37,6%) age group.
Hormonal Receptor mostly found negative in all of the samples, while HER2 1
positive was the most found case. The majority of gene expression subtype was
Overexpression HER2.
