This paper de cribe lh community development program Jptek bagi Masyarakat (fbM)
which targets to facilitate the grass roots commwury K M Panji Gumilang in ociaJ and economic
de elopment practice . It aims to empower the conummity to help them in building their capacity for
elf-reliance li eliho d and welfare impro ement for further contribution u1 in reasing local ec nomic
and ocial de elopmeot as well a reducing povert)·. The program emphasize participatory approach
ad pting the b ic principles of ustainability, transparency and accountability. The program a tivitie
which in lude training and workshop, mon.i tormg and coaching and con ultation support economic
growth, poverty reduction, and capacity building. Through thi program. the community is empowered
to produce producrs which meet the cu tamer 's quality requirements.
