KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK PSIKOLOG TERHADAP PEREMPUAN KORBAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA.
ABSTRAK
Lana Sahesnuri KXO050768. Penelitian ini berjudul “Komunikasi
Terapeutik Psikolog Terhadap Perempuan Korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah
Tangga” dengan pembimbing utama Dr. Asep Suryana, Drs, M. Si dan
pembimbing pendamping Teddy Kurnia Wirakusumah, Drs.,M. I. Kom. Fakultas
Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Padjadjaran.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tujuan komunikasi terapeutik
psikolog terhadap perempuan korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, proses
komunikasi terapeutik psikolog terhadap perempuan korban kekerasan dalam
rumah tangga serta hasil dari proses komunikasi terapeutik psikolog terhadap
perempuan korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif
dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif dengan tujuan utama untuk mendeskripsikan
atau menjabarkan jenis-jenis metode komunikasi terapeutik yang diterapkan oleh
psikolog terhadap perempuan korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Untuk
teknik pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam
dengan pihak terkait.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan dari komunikasi
terapeutik ini adalah agar bisa lebih mengembangkan pribadi seorang perempuan
ke arah yang lebih positif melalui proses terapi dengan beberapa metode
pendekatan diantaranya pendekatan rasional emotif, pendekatan non-direktif,
pendekatan psikoanalisis, pendekatan behaviourisme dan pendekatan kognitifbehavioral. Hasilnya dengan proses terapi tersebut, perempuan mendapat
informasi dari psikolog sebagai pemecahan masalah dan trauma akan kekerasan
dalam rumah tangga bisa disembuhkan.

This study aims to find out the purpose of therapeutic communication
psychologist to women victims of domestic violence, the process of therapeutic
communication psychologists to women victims of domestic violence as well as
the outcome of the process of therapeutic communication psychologist s to women
victims of domestic violence.
The research method used was qualitative research methods to study the
descriptive approach because they want to try to describe or define any
therapeutic communication methods applied by psychologists to women victims of
domestic violence. The data collection technique are obtained by conducting indepth interviews with relevant parties.
The results of this study can be concluded that the therapeutic goal of this
communication is to be able to further develop her own personal in a more
positive direction through the process of therapy with multiple methods approach
including rational emotive approach, non-directive approach, the approach of
psychoanalysis, behaviorism approach and the approach cognitive-behavioral.
Results with the therapeutic process, she got the information from the
psychologist as problem solution and trauma of domestic violence will be cured.
