This sludy aims to determine the extent af Vertical Cammunication
Activities in the Department of Cukure qnd Tourism City of London, as well as to
get them moving culture and tourism department employees Bandung must
interact with other human beings that will form kuat.dan his cooperation to
establish good cooperatian, the need for gaod communication between the
elements that are in instansi.Komunikosi that will lead to mutual understanding
and comfort inwork
This study uses descriptive analysis technique used is a descriptive and
inferential analysis. Samples from this study were employees at the Department of
Culture and Tourism of Bandung,
The results of this study indicate that there fs misunderstanding
(perception errors) in two-way communication between superiors and
subordinates in the organization.Based on tltese results, the authors suggested
that the supervisor should be more open and give you a better appreciation again
to subordinates who hove a good performance.
