ABSTRACT
Consumers eating at food stalls or restaurants are not just looking for a glut belly. Customers
are also looking for comfort and good surounding. Unique atmosphere in a cozy restaurant is
one of the destinations that customers feel addicted, causing satisfaction and will influence on
customer loyalty for the continuation of the business of the restaurant or the food stalls.
This study presents the results of a research on the influence of the location and design of the
restaurant Waroeng Joglo Bu Rini on consumer loyalty.There has been much research on the
quality of service associated with consumer loyalty, but there is only a little attention to the
location and design of the restaurant, therefore I am interested in analyzing the influence of
the location and design of the restaurant on consumer loyalty in Waroeng Joglo Bu Rini
Salatiga.
This research sampling technique used purposive sampling, in which samples were taken
with the intent or purpose, because the study assumed that someone or something had the
necessary information. The criteria sample in this study is consumers who have visited and
purchased a minimum of three times of the products offered in Waroeng Joglo "Bu Rini"
Salatiga.
