Aktifitas Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Melalui Program Xl Future Leaders pada Pt Xl Axiata Medan, Sumatera Utara
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Aktifitas Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Melalui
Program Xl Future Leaders Pada PT. Xl Axiata di Kota Medan. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktifitas Corporate Social Responsibility
melalui program XL Future Laeders, Alasan PT XL Axiata memilih bidang
edukasi sebagai program CSR unggulan dan mengetahui apa saja hambatan yang
terjadi di XL Future Leaders . Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
Komunikasi, , Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility . Metode yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini
berjumlah 3 (tiga) informan yaitu Corporate Communication dan 2 awardee XL
Future Leaders. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, penelitian
kepustakaan dan observasi non partisipasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa
Aktifitas CSR PT.XL Axiata memiliki 3 kategori yaitu
XL Future Leaders
Program ini merupakan program tahunan beasiswa yang mengandung intervensi
berupa workshop online dan workshop face to face. Yang kedua ada XL
Broadband Plane
tujuan XL adalah untuk menghubungkan 1000 sekolah di
Indonesia melalui jaringan 4G XL. Yang ketiga unconditionally ini merupakan
program yang terbentuk berdasarkan yang terjadi di lingkungan atas permintaan
dari perusahaan seperti bantuan terhadap bencana alam. Alasan PT XL Axiata
memilih edukasi sebagai prograam unggulan adalah Visi pemerintah di tahun
2020 Indonesia Broadbrand Plane dimana anak-anak millenial umur 16 tahun
yang akan menjadi penggerak ekonomi. Hambatan yang terjadi di XL Future
Leaders karena program XL Future Leaders perkumpulan anak muda.

harus pintar meredam itu semua dan mengalirkannya ke
sesuatu yang lebih positif serta setiap awardee XL Future Leaders ingin
melakukan kegiatan mereka harus melakukan pelaporan kepada pihak XL Axiata

ABSTRACT
This research entitled Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Activities Through
Program Xl Future Leaders At PT. Xl Axiata in Medan City. The purpose of this
research is to know the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility through XL
Future Laeders program, Reason PT XL Axiata choose education field as the
leading CSR program and know what are the obstacles that happened in XL
Future Leaders. The theory used in this research is Communication, Public
Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility. The method used in this research is
descriptive qualitative method. This research consists of 3 (three) informants
namely Corporate Communication and 2 awardee XL Future Leaders. Data
collection techniques are interviews, library research and non-participation
observation. The result of the research concludes that CSR activity of PT.XL
Axiata has 3 categories, XL Future Leaders Program is an annual program of
scholarship which contains intervention in the form of online workshop and face
to face workshop. The second one is XL Broadband Plane XL's goal is to connect
1000 schools in Indonesia through 4G XL network. The third unconditionally is a
program that is formed based on what is happening in the environment at the
request of a company such as relief to natural disasters. The reason PT XL Axiata
chose education as the flagship program is the Government's vision in 2020
Indonesia Broadbrand Plane where the millenial children of 16 years old will be
the driving force of the economy. Barriers that occur in XL Future Leaders
because XL Future Leaders program youth association. Young people their ego
struggles are still very high. Therefore, a facilitators must be smart to muffle it all
and stream it to something more positive and every awardee XL Future Leaders
want to do their activities should report to the XL Axiat.
