Abstract

This research purposed to analyze the effect of consumer service toward
effectivity implementation relationship marketing on Nusantara Tour and Travel and
how big the effect of consumer service toward effectivity implementation relationship
marketing on Nusantara Tour and Travel. Technique analysis used is regression
analysis.
Based on the research result and the assessment result, it can be concluded
that: (1) There is positive effect of consumer service toward effectivity
implementation relationship marketing on Nusantara Tour and Travel. (2) The effect
ofconsumer service toward effectivity implementation relationship marketing on
Nusantara Tour and Travel is 8,9% that can be viewed from Adjusted R Square, this
means the consumer service effect relationship marketing 8,9% and the rest is affect
by another factor, such as consumer commitment, promotion.
