ABSTRAK
ANALISIS PENGARUH PERAN FRANCHISOR TERHADAP
KEBERHASILAN USAHA BISNIS FRANCHISE PADA
KFC CABANG RING ROAD MEDAN.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh peran
franchisorterhadap keberhasilan usaha bisnis franchise pada KFC cabang ring road di Medan.
Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara yang dilakukanpada manajer dari KFC cabang
ringroad di Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1 orang yaitu manajer KFC
cabang ringroad. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa peran franchisor
seperti training, support service,control system, communication, promotion dan supply,
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada KFC cabang ringroad di
Medan. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwatraining, support service, control
system, promotion dan supplyberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha
pada KFC cabang ringroad di Medan ; communication berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan
terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada KFC cabang ringroad di Medan.

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE ROLE OF FRANCHISOR
AGAINTS THE SUCCESS OF A BUSINESS VENTURE
FRANCHISE IN KFC RINGROAD BRANCH
MEDAN.
This study aims to know and analyzing the influence of the role of franchisor againts
the success of a business venture franchise in KFC branches ringroad in Medan. Primary data
collected through the interview conducted on the manager of KFC branches in ringroad
Medan. Samples in this study just one person is manager of KFC ringroad using purposive
sanpling. The result of research is simultaneously showed that the role of franchisor like
training, support service, control system, communication, promotion and supply influential
positive and significant againts the success of the effort on KFC branches ringroad in Medan.
The result of research shows that a partial training, support service, control system,promotion
and supply, influential positive and significant againts the success of the effort on KFC
branches ringroad in Medan ; communication influential positive not significant againts the
success of the effort on KFC branches ringroad in Medan.
