Kepemimpinan, Kuasa Pribadi Pemimpin, Sikap Pemimpin Terhadap Prestasi
Kerja Pegawai pada Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Sumatera
Utara”.
Penelitian ini bersifat ilmiah, independen dan tidak ada hubungannya
dengan reputasi Bapak/Ibu pada Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP)
Sumatera Utara. Semua data yang diberikan hanya akan digunakan semata-mata
untuk keperluan tesis kami, kerahasiaan isi kuesioner ini sangat dijamin dan
dijaga erat oleh peneliti.
Kami berharap data yang diberikan benar-benar data yang sesuai dengan
