Abstract
Nurses have an important position in producing quality health care in
hospitals, nursing personality types affect the performance of a nurse. the
general purpose of this research is to see the relationship of personality types
with the performance of nurses at RSU Sari Mutiara. The specific objective of
this research is to identify the relationship of personality types with the
performance of nurses in public hospitals pearl essence. Design of this
research using descriptive correlation. The population was 140 nurses by
taking a sample using purposive sampling totaling 35 people. This study using
Pearson correlation test, hasi research shows that there is a relationship
anatara personality type with the performance of nurses at RSU Sari Mutiara
Medan Year 2016, with the value p.value
