ABSTRAK
PENGARUH PERSEPSI PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI
AKUNTANSI, KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA
TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BNI
KANTOR CABANG UTAMA MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pemanfaatan
sistem informasi akuntansi, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja
pegawai. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan metode
penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 orang dan
sampelnya berjumlah 59 sehingga total jumlah kuisioner 59 dibagikan kepada
koresponden. Terdapat 59 koresponden yang bersedia mengembalikan kuesioner.
Terdapat satu model analisis metode pengolahan data yang digunakan, yaitu
model analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel persepsi
pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja secara
signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Begitu juga hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kinerja pegawai.

ABSTRACT
EFFECT OF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS UTILAZITION
PERCEPTION, COMPETENCE AND WORK MOTIVATION OF
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ON BNI KANTOR
CABANG UTAMA MEDAN
The purpose of this research to determine the impact of accounting
information systems utilazition perception, competence and work motivation for
employee performance. The type data in this research is primary data, with
causality method. Amount of this population in this research is 59 people so the
amount of this questionnaireis 59 and distributed to correspondents. There were
59 correspondents who were willing to return the questionnaire. There is one
model of analysis data processing method used, is multiple regression analysis.
The result of this research shows that partially, accounting information
systems utilazition perception, competence and work motivation significantly give
positive effect for employee performance. While this research shows that
simultaneously gives significant effect for employee performance.
