LEMBAR PENJELASAN KEPADA CALON SUBJEK PENELITIAN

Dengan hormat,
Nama saya dr. Benny Harmoko saat ini sedang menjalani Program
Pendidikan Magister di Departemen Obstetri dan Ginekologi FK-USU.
Saya sedang meneliti mengenai Perbedaan Jumlah Bakteriuria
Sebelum dan Sesudah Terapi Amoxicillin pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III
di Poli Ibu Hamil Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Haji Adam Malik Medan.
Bakteriuria adalah terdapat bakteri/ kuman dalam urin/ kencing yang dapat
menyebabkan gejala ataupun tidak. Pada ibu hamil, bakteriuria harus
diberikan pengobatan karena dapat memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi
kehamilan ibu. Terapi yang diberikan sebagai dasar terapi adalah
amoxicillin yang oleh karena paling aman untuk ibu hamil sebelum hasil
kultur urin selesai (menentukan antibiotik yang sensitif).
Kami akan melakukan wawancara terstruktur kepada Ibu hamil dan
keluarga mengenai:
Data demografi seperti usia, tanggal lahir, HPHT, paritas, nomor seluler
dan alamat.
Wawancara akan kami lakukan sekitar 20 menit. Petugas pewawancara
adalah Dokter yang sedang mengikuti Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis
Obstetri dan Ginekologi Fakultas Kedokteran USU bersama peneliti.
Partisipasi Ibu hamil bersifat sukarela dan tanpa paksaan. Setiap data
yang ada dalam penelitian ini akan dirahasiakan dan digunakan untuk

kepentingan penelitian. Untuk penelitian ini Ibu hamil

tidak akan
