Laba per saham dasar dihitung dengan membagi total laba tahun berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan
kepada pemilik Entitas Induk dengan jumlah rata- rata tertimbang saham biasa yang beredar pada
tahun yang bersangkutan. Basic earnings per share are computed by dividing
the total income for the year attributable to owners of the Company by the weighted average number of
ordinary shares outstanding during the year.

Standar akuntansi revisi yang berlaku efektif pada tanggal 1 Januari 2016, yang relevan namun tidak
berdampak material terhadap laporan keuangan konsolidasian Grup adalah sebagai berikut:

mengklarifikasi entitas
mengungkapkan pertimbangan yang dibuat oleh manajemen dalam penerapan kriteria
agregasi PSAK No. 5 paragraf 12 termasuk penjelasan singkat mengenai segmen operasi
yang digabungkan dan karateristik ekonomi dan pengungkapan
rekonsiliasi aset
segmen terhadap total aset jika rekonsiliasi dilaporkan
kepada pengambil keputusan operasional, demikian juga untuk pengungkapan liabilitas
segmen. The improvement clarifies that an entity must
disclose the judgments made by management in applying the aggregation criteria in paragraph
12 of PSAK No. 5 including brief description of operating segments that have been aggregated
and the economic characteristics, and disclose the reconciliation of segment assets to total
assets if the reconciliation is reported to the chief operating decision maker, similar to the
required disclosure for segment liabilities.

Penyesuaian ini mengklarifikasi bahwa entitas manajemen entitas yang menyediakan jasa
personil manajemen kunci adalah pihak berelasi yang dikenakan pengungkapan pihak
berelasi. Di samping itu, entitas yang memakai entitas manajemen mengungkapkan biaya yang
terjadi untuk jasa manajemennya. The improvement clarifies that a management of
entity an entity that provides key management personnel services is a related party subject to
