Pada tahun 2010, Perusahaan mendapatkan fasilitas pinjaman dari PT Bank Central Asia
Tbk. Pinjaman ini memiliki jangka waktu satu tahun, diperbaharui secara tahunan, dengan
rincian perubahan sebagai berikut: In 2010, the Company obtained loans from
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. The loans have terms of one year, renewable annually, with details of
the change as follows:

nama Roy Petrus Chalim, pemegang saham lama.
2. Tanah dengan Hak milik nomor 4477 dengan total luas 1.742 m2 terletak di
propinsi Bali, atas nama Iwan Sugiarjo, pemegang saham lama.

Petrus Chalim’s name, former stockholder. 2. Land with right of ownership No. 4447 with a
total area of 1.742 square meters under Iwan Sugiarjo’s name, former stockholder.
Pembatasan-pembatasan Restrictions
Perjanjian pinjaman juga mencakup persyaratan tertentu untuk tidak melakukan
hal-hal berikut tanpa persetujuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari pihak bank, antara lain:
The loan agreement included covenants not to perform certain actions without prior written
consent from the bank among others:
• Memperoleh pinjaman uangkredit baru dari pihak lain dan atau mengikatkan diri
sebagai penjamin dalam bentuk apapun. • Meminjamkan uang, termasuk tetapi tidak
terbatas kepada perusahaan affiliasinya, kecuali dalam rangka menjalankan usaha
sehari-hari. • Melakukan penggabungan, pengambil-
alihan, pembubaranlikuidasi dan mengubah status kelembagaan.
• Obtaining new creditloan from other parties and or attach as guarantor in any name.
• Give loan to others, including but not limited to related parties, except for working capital.
• Perform merger, acquisition, dissolution liquidation and change the institutional status.
Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2017, Grup telah memenuhi semua persyaratan pinjaman
jangka pendek atau telah memperoleh
pembatasan tuntutan waiver sebagaimana diperlukan.
As of June 30, 2017, the Group has complied with all the covenants of the short-term loans or
has obtain the necessary waiver as required.
