7. PekerjaKaryawan 7. Worker
1 Pekerja : adalah semua orang
yang pada saat pencacahan bekerja di perusahaan, meliputi pekerja di
bayar dan pekerja tidak dibayar.
1 Worker: is any person at the time
of enumeration is working in any establishment including both
paid and unpaid worker.
2 Pekerja dibayar : adalah semua
orang yang bekerja di perusahaan usaha dengan mendapat upahgaji
dan tunjangan-tunjangan lainnya baik berupa uang maupun barang,
meliputi pekerja tetap dan pekerja harian lepas.
3 Paid worker: is any worker that
receiving wage and salary and any other allowance both in
goods or money. These workers include permanent employee and
part time field worker.
3 Pekerja harian lepas : adalah
pekerja yang tidak terikat secara tetap dengan perusahaan, dimana
mereka hanya bekerja selama pekerjaan proyek ada dan bila
pekerjaan proyek telah selesai maka secara otomatis mereka tidak
mempunyai hubungan kerja lagi dengan perusahaan.
3 Part time daily worker: is any
worker which dont have any relationship to the establishment,
they working during the projects and don’t have relationship any
more if the project over. Its mean that if the project had
finished, they automatically quit from the company.
4 Pekerja tidak dibayar : meliputi
pekerja pemilik dan pekerja keluarga yang ikut aktif pada
perusahaan tetapi tidak mendapat upah gaji. Pekerja keluarga yang
bekerja kurang dari 13 jam kerja biasa, tidak dihitung sebagai
pekerja.
4 Unpaid worker: is any worker
that works one third to full time basis without any compensation
including the owner and this family. Worker works less than
one third of normal working times is left out.
8. Nilai konstruksi
adalah nilai
pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan oleh pihak pemborong berdasarkan surat
perjanjian atau surat perintah kerja antara pemilik dengan kontraktor
8. Construction value is the value of
work completed by contractor based on the letter of contract or letter of
command between the owner and the contractor in the fixed time and total
of fixed cost.

9. Pendapatan Bruto terdiri dari
pekerjaan konstruksi
yang diselesaikan, pendapatanpenerimaan
lain dan bahan bangunan yang disediakan oleh pemilik.
9. Gross output consist of construction
work completed, incomereceipt from other activities and materials
supplied by owner.
10. Pengeluaran terdiri dari pengeluaran
bahan bangunan yang dipakai, pemakaian bahan bakr dan listrik,
biaya bahan dan jasa lainnya dan pekerjaan yang disubkontrakkan.
10. Expenditure consist of materials
used, fuel and electricity consumed, cost of other material and services
and subcontracted works.
