This chapter discussed the research method which includes some subchapters such as: the research design, unit of analysis, source of data, technique of data
collection, and technique of data analysis.
3.1 Research Design

detailed plan of action, therefore it can be said that the research design is a part where a person wants to make a detailed operational plan for. In principle, any

conducting this research. The researcher chooses qualitative research because it can describe systematically the fact and characteristics of the data. Besides that,
qualitative research methods were developed in the social sciences to enable researchers to study social and cultural phenomena like case study and ethnography.
