tersebut dipengaruhi
oleh melambatnya
perekonomian nasional
sehingga banyak
pelanggan dan calon pelanggan memperketat pengeluaran anggaran operasional mereka.
4. Bidang Usaha Makanan dan Minuman Kemasan
Disektor usaha makanan dan minuman kemasan ,yang berdiri sejak 2015 ini memfokuskan diri
di bagian distribusi dan produksi makanan dan minuman kemasan baik untuk lokal maupun impor
brand. Target dari divisi ini adalah melakukan produksi dalam negeri, dan melakukan distribusi
dan pemasaran makanan dan minuman kemasan ke gerai –gerai retail modern, termasuk di dalamnya
7-Eleven. Beberapa jenis produk yang telah dipasarkan
diantaranya adalah jus buah dalam kemasan, jelly drinks, kopi dan teh kemasan , dan lain–lain.
Pada bulan April 2015, telah diluncurkan private label 7-Select berupa milk tea drink dan pada bulan
Juni 2015, diluncurkan pula produksi local dari Welch’s Jus. Saat ini 7-Select dipasarkan melalui
seluruh gerai 7-Eleven dan Welch’s Jus dipasarkan diseluruh gerai 7-Eleven dan juga gerai- gerai
modern ritel lainnya.
Divisi Food ini dipercaya dapat memberikan sinergi positif terutama untuk bisnis 7-Eleven dalam
menyediakan berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau bagi konsumen dengan memberikan leksibilitas
tinggi dalam hal inovasi dan diferensiasi sekaligus margin yang lebih baik bagi bisnis 7-Eleven.
Uraian atas Kinerja Keuangan Perseroan Kinerja
Perseroan tahun
2015 mengalami
penurunan yang cukup signiikan dibandingkan tahun 2014, pencapaian Earning Before Interest,
Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization ”EBITDA sebesar Rp 237,2 miliar dibandingkan dengan Rp
279,2 Milyar di 2014 , has recorded a total revenue of IDR 99.9 Billion or
8.1 from Company’s total revenue. This segment also experienced a revenue decrease
of -21.8 from 2014. Such decrease was afected by
the national economy slow down where corporate customers and potential corporate customers has
tighten their operational budget.
4. Packaged Food and Drink Business Segment
In the sector of packaged food and drink, which has been established since 2015 and focuses itself in the
distribution and production of packaged foods and drinks both for local or imported brand. Target of
this division is to do domestic production, conducting distribution and marketing of packaged foods and
drinks to modern retail outlets, including 7-Eleven.
Some of the marketed products are packaged fruit juice, jelly drinks, packaged cofee and tea, and others.
On April 2015, 7-Eleven private label, ie 7-Select milk tea drink has launched and on June 2015, the irst
batch of locally produced of Welch’s Juice has also launched. Currently, 7-Select are being sold in all
7-Eleven stores and Welch’s Juices sold in 7-Eleven and other modern retail market
This Food Business is believed to provide positive synergy especially for the 7-Eleven business in
providing quality products with afordable price for customers, by presenting high lexibility in terms of
innovation and diferentiation, and better margins for 7-Eleven’s business at the same time.
