3. Settings

Settings refer to the classroom arrangements. They are two aspects related to classroom arrangements. They are the preferred learning mode and the preferred place to learn. Table 28. The students did not prefer to learn things together as a whole class which can be seen from the lowest percentage that this option got 7.41. Table 29. The language laboratory 18.52 Table 29 shows that most of the students 44.44 preferred to learn English at the library. 37.04 students preferred to learn at the classroom. The rest of the students 18.52 preferred to study at the language laboratory.

4. Teacher Role

Motivate students in learning English 11.11 In Table 30, the majority of the students agreed that a teacher should give questions and then discuss the questions together in the class. This option is the dominant option that was chosen by the students with the percentage of 48.15.

5. Students Role

Table 31 shows the role of the students in the teaching and learning in the class according to the students’ point of view. Table 31. Students Role Item Students role a.
