Instruments for the Practice of the Iconic Model

c Document Document analysis was a process of gathering information that usually on the written text materials. Bogdan Biklen 2003 stated, “Document refers to the materials such as photographs, videos, films, memos, letters, diaries, clinical case records, and memorabilia” p. 57. In this study, the researcher collected the syllabus and the English materials that were used by the English teacher. The researcher would use those documents to support the researcher‟s argument so that the argument would be more valid.

2. Instruments for the Practice of the Iconic Model

There was an instrument for the practice of the iconic model. It was questionnaire. However, the questionnaire was divided into two. They were questionnaire distributed for experts‟ validation and questionnaire distributed for students about the practice of the iconic model. Besides, the interview is for the experts. The blueprints of the questionnaire are presented as follows. There were five degrees of agreement to choose. The more the respondents agree with the statements, it can be inferred that the better the learning model was developed. The blueprint of the expert validation could be seen in table 3.4.
