1.9 Outline of The Report

This final project is developed into five chapters that can be explained as follow. The first chapter is about introduction of the study; include several points within, such as background of the study, reasons for choosing the topic, research problems, research hypothesis, purpose of the study, significance of the study, and outline of the report. The second chapter describes review related literature that contains review theoretical background, and also review the previous study. The third chapter describes about methods of investigation, research design, and also methods of collecting data. Then the fourth chapter is about data analysis and discussion. The last chapter consists of conclusion and suggestion. 10 CHAPTER II REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE This chapter discusses about literature underlying this study. It consists of the review of previous studies, the review of theoretical background of the studies, and the theoretical framework. This chapter has divided into three sub chapters, where the second sub chapter divided more into several points of sub chapter.

2.1 Review of the Previous Studies

In the area of linguistic, especially English, there are many researchers conduct the research about the study of language. There has been some researchers conduct the research related on this study. Some of researchers were conducted research about the use of media to improve students’ ability in text types, some others were conducted in comparing two media in order to know which one is the effective ways to teach students than the other one. Media is an important way to teach students in linguistic area, especially in a subject of English. English needs support from the media in order to make students understand about the material easily. In order to support this study, the writer chooses some of the literatures which relevant with my own study.
