2.1 Composition and Background of the Various Competencies of the Board of Commissioners in 2015

In accordance with the decision of the Annual GMS for fiscal year 2013 dated March 26, 2014, the composition of ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners for the first 9 (nine) months up to September 2015, are as follows: Dr. Ir. R. Sukhyar as the President Commissioner and concurrent Chairman of the Good Corporate Governance and Nomination Remuneration (GCG-NR) Committee, which was appointed at the GMS held in 2012, Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana S.H, LLM, Ph.D. as Independent Commissioner who was appointed at the GMS held in 2014 and concurrently serve as the Vice Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee, Prof. Dr. Laode M. Kamaluddin M.Sc., who is an Independent Commissioner and concurrent Chairman of the Audit Committee appointed by the 2012 GMS, Zaelani S.E. as Commissioner and concurrent Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee who was appointed at the 2012 GMS, Prof. Robert Simanjuntak S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. as Commissioner and concurrent Chairman of the Risk Management Committee who was appointed at the 2014 GMS, Velix Vernando Wanggai, MPA as Commissioner who was appointed at the GMS held in 2013 concurrently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

Subsequently, in accordance with the Extraordinary GMS held on October 7, 2015, two members of the Board of Commissioners were replaced in the last
