Aset neto yang diakui pada laporan keuangan konsolidasian tanggal 30 Juni 2015 didasarkan
pada penilaian sementara terhadap nilai wajarnya, Kelompok Usaha sedang menunggu hasil penilaian
independen terhadap aset tetap dan aset lainnya yang
dimiliki oleh
Indokuat dan
masih mengevaluasi jumlah yang dapat terpulihkan atas
aset tersebut serta menentukan adanya liabilitas kontinjensi. Sampai dengan tanggal laporan
keuangan konsolidasian, penilaian dan pengujian tersebut belum selesai.
The net assets recognized in the consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2015 were
based on a provisional assessment of their fair value. The Group seeks for an independent
valuation for the fixed assets and other assets owned by Indokuat, and the recoverable amounts
of the assets and is still determining if there are contingent liabilities. The valuation and assessment
have not been completed as of the date of the consolidated financial statements.
Apabila informasi baru yang diperoleh dalam waktu satu tahun setelah tanggal akuisisi, merupakan
fakta-fakta dan keadaan pada tanggal akuisisi yang mengidentifikasi diperlukannya penyesuaian atas
jumlah tersebut di atas, atau provisi yang ada pada tanggal akuisisi, maka pencatatan akuisisi tersebut
akan direvisi. If new information is obtained within one year of the
acquisition date about facts and circumstances that existed at the acquisition date which identifies
adjustments to the above amounts, or any provisions that existed at the acquisition date, then
the accounting for the acquisition will be revised.
Kelompok usaha memperoleh pengendalian dalam Indokuat melalui akuisisi saham.
Kelompok usaha telah memenuhi peraturan OJK terkait sehubungan dengan akuisisi Indokuat.
The Group obtained control of Indokuat through the acquisition of share of stock.
The Group has complied with the relevant OJK rules pertaining to the acquisition of Indokuat.
Goodwill Goodwill
Saldo goodwill pada tanggal 30 Juni 2015 dan 31 Desember
2014 masing-masing
sebesar Rp1.424.030.
The balance of goodwill as of June 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014 amounted to Rp1,424,030.
Seperti diungkapkan pada Catatan 2, Kelompok Usaha melakukan pengujian penurunan nilai atas
goodwill yang tercatat pada laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian.
As disclosed in Note 2, the Group performed impairment test on its goodwill reported in the
consolidated statements of financial position.
Goodwill tersebut dialokasikan ke IDLK sebagai UPK untuk pengujian penurunan nilai yang
dilakukan setiap tahun bila ada indikasi penurunan nilai goodwill pada tanggal-tanggal pelaporan.
Such goodwill was allocated to IDLK as CGU for impairment testing, which is performed annually as
well as if there is indication of goodwill impairment as at reporting dates.
Tidak ada kerugian penurunan nilai yang diakui pada tanggal-tanggal pelaporan, karena jumlah
terpulihkan dari goodwill yang disebutkan di atas lebih tinggi dari nilai tercatatnya. Ringkasan dari
pengujian penurunan nilai goodwill di atas diungkapkan pada paragraf-paragraf berikut.
There was no impairment loss recognized as at reporting dates as the recoverable amounts of the
goodwill stated above exceed its respective carrying values. The summary of impairment
testing on the above-mentioned goodwill is disclosed in the succeeding paragraphs.
