4.1.5 Compounding
According to Booij 2007:93, compounding is the process of combining two or more free and bound morphemes to create a new word. The writer found some
compounding words in the novel. At least, the writer specifies the compounding words into two groups:

4.2 The most dominant morphological process occurred in the novel
In analyzing this study, the writer could find out easily the most dominant morphological process used in the novel is affixation with total number of 372
prefixes= 108 and suffixes= 264 which represents 71,95 of whole morphological processes. Meanwhile, the other morphological process is
modification with total number of 5 0,96 , supp letion with total number of 62 11,99 , compounding with total number of 78 15,08 , and reduplication
represents 0 . It can be drawn on the table.
