CMW BBM dalam lingkup Lisensi untuk Konsumen BBM;

procure hardware,
infrastructure, expertise, and know-how, including pursuant to a Transition Plan, to
support the operation of CMW BBM within the scope of the License to Consumer BBM;
iv Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan BBM Konsumen dalam lingkup Lisensi untuk BBM
Konsumen, dengan biaya dan beban yang ditanggung CMW, termasuk untuk yang mana
dianggap tepat oleh CMW:
a. Memperoleh Pelanggan BBM Konsumen baru
b. Mengembangkan CMW
BBM untuk
mendukung tambahan Platform Layanan untuk Pelanggan BBM Konsumen
c. Memperkenalkan atau mengembangkan model iklan inovatif untuk CMW BBM
d. Meningkatkan kapasitas
penjualan langsung dari CMW BBM
e. Meningkatkan layanan
API untuk
membuat eco-platform
sistem BBM

License to Consumer BBM, at CMW’s sole cost and expense, including by, as CMW may

Untuk memperoleh Lisensi tersebut, CMW akan membayar biaya sebesar AS207.500.000, neto, ke
Blackberry dengan nilai bruto termasuk pajak sebesar AS228.333.333. Pada tanggal 27 Juni
2016, CMW telah membayar AS30.000.000 ke BlackBerry. Jumlah yang masih harus dibayar ke
Blackberry
sebesar AS177.500.000,
akan dibayarkan selama 6 enam tahun kedepan
Catatan 21. Terdapat juga biaya variabel per pengguna dibayarkan selama Perjanjian terkait
dengan batas tertentu jumlah pengguna. To obtain the License, CMW will pay fees
amounting to US207,500,000 net to BlackBerry, with gross amount including tax amounting to
US228,333,333. On June 27, 2016, CMW paid US30,000,000 to BlackBerry. The remaining
amount
to be
paid to
BlackBerry of
US177,500,000 will be paid over the next 6 six years Note 21. There are also variable per user
fees payable for the duration of the Agreement subject to certain threshold number of users.
